Collector's Victory Hotel

Great breakfast! Good, quiet location, but close to main section of Gamla Stan. Helpful staff and yummy pepparkakor cookies!

Victory Hotel is in the heart of the picturesque old town of Stockholm. The hotel itself is like a maritime museum with nautical artefacts in every room and every floor. It's like visiting a museum. The rooms are named after captains. The location is perfect, and it is only a couple of blocks walk to the Gamla stan's underground station. Breakfast buffet is included in the rate and is very good, though not as outstanding as you would expect. For instance, the pancakes are industrial produce.

We stayed for three nights, including New Year's Eve, and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is nautically-themed, with each room full of artifacts and memorabilia from a particular ship and captain. The main restaurants were closed for the holidays, but the breakfast buffet was extremely good and included with the room rates. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had been nicely renovated, including beautiful tile work in the shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet, safe and within easy walking distance to any place on Gamla Stan or to the "T" station (metro/subway) - in fact, even the Arlanda Express stop at Stockholm Central station is only about a 15 min walk. A great option if staying in Gamla Stan.

Excellent location, close to great shops and a good variety of delicious restaurants! We will absolutely stay here again. And the hotel restaurant Flikan was an absolute mezmerizing experience!

The decor, the cleanlislness, the evening glass of port wine, the breakfast, the location and the staff were all above par! I would definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff was so helpful. Buffet breakfast was over the top fantastic. The young man keeping the buffet stocked and clean was so kind and helpful. Location so close to the T made it very convenient to get to the Globe for the NHL hockey games as well as return to the airport.

Cozy room, spotless bathroom & plenty of hot water, lots of tasty breakfast choices, perfect location. Friendly staff were happy to help with restaurant reservations & suggestions and transit plans.
